American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Med/Surg night shift position requiring 2 years of experience and active ACLS certification.

• Med/Surg unit (Unit/Floor
  3) with 36 beds
• Night shift schedule, 7p-7a
• Patient ratio of 6:1
• No call responsibilities
• No floating required
• No 48-hour work requirement
• Uses MEDHOST EMR

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or ARC)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Med/Surg experience required
• Travel experience preferred
• Certifications must not expire within first 30 days of start
• No employment gaps of 90+ days in the past 12 months

• Must work all holidays
• RTO requests must be submitted in advance and limited to a maximum of 3 days, with requests under 1 week preferred
• Royal blue scrub color required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates will not be considered
• Travelers who worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years will not be considered
