Lead OMNI operations at Walmart in Granby, Quebec, using sales analysis and customer service to support profitable store performance.
As OMNI Assistant Manager, you support the Store Manager and manage operations under Company guidelines. You guide Managers and Associates, interpret sales and financial reports, and coordinate operational plans. The position also oversees customer service, safety, asset protection, merchandise presentation, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive profitable sales through goals, budgets, and forecasts
- Analyze reports, economic trends, and community needs
- Prioritize, delegate, and direct store operations
- Monitor asset protection, safety, and quality standards
- Lead Associates through meetings, feedback, and development
- Age 16 or older
- Ability to support Store Manager and store operations
- Ability to guide Managers and Associates
- Ability to handle merchandise and cash controls
- Ability to follow Walmart policies and procedures
