Build customer relationships through fashion expertise as a Sales Associate advising shoppers on lingerie, sleepwear, and swimwear. The position is permanent and part time.
Working under the store management team, you will create a memorable shopping experience while maximizing sales. You will identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, share product details, and remain available in the fitting room. Daily work also includes preparing merchandise, supporting checkout, and maintaining store standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Listen to customer needs and provide exceptional service
- Recommend products and explain materials and quality
- Prepare and place products on the sales floor
- Share new products and personal top picks
- Keep store and backstore clean and tidy
- Previous experience in sales
- Interest in feel-good feminine clothing
- Proactive, conscientious work habits
- Functional bilingualism considered an asset
- Openness to new challenges and busy periods
