. is looking for a QAO Method Agent
.

The chosen person will play a key role within the company's engineering team. By ensuring that manufacturing methods, controls, and necessary documentation allow for the production of compliant parts right from the first execution. Do you work in quality assurance and have relevant experience in our field or in the metals sector? Do not wait any longer and join our team!

• Analyze drawings, specifications, standards, contractual clauses, and customer requirements to identify applicable quality requirements
• Validate inspection plans, control points, as well as key and critical product characteristics
• Ensure consistency between drawings, bills of materials, manufacturing routes, and inspection plans.
• Support non-conformance investigations and contribute to root cause identification for development parts.
• Ensure the documentary compliance of manufacturing files before their release to production.
• Collaborate with CAD, CAM method agents, engineers, and the quality team during new production rollouts.

• Great sense of organization and priorities
• Team spirit and good communicator
• Rigor

• Knowledge of drawing standards and GD&T
• Mastery of CAD tools (Catia, Solid Works, etc.)
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, tolerances) (asset)
• Relevant experience in inspection and FAI report writing

• Salary starting from $32.90 per hour up to $40.77
• 3 weeks of paid vacation upon hiring
