La fabrication de pièces aéronautiques à Bromont requiert votre expertise en usinage conventionnel et CNC. Travaillez sur des aciers à outils et alliages spéciaux.
GE Aérospatial recherche un machiniste pour son usine de Bromont, spécialisée dans les pièces de moteurs d’avion. Vous usinerez, assemblerez et ajusterez des matériaux spécialisés. Le poste combine tours, rectifieuses et fraiseuses conventionnelles ou CNC. Vous contribuerez aussi à réparer des outils et améliorer les procédés de fabrication.
Responsabilités clés:- Usiner, assembler et ajuster aciers à outils et alliages spéciaux
- Utiliser tours, rectifieuses et fraiseuses conventionnelles ou CNC
- Vérifier et corriger les instruments de mesure
- Réparer et fabriquer des outils selon plans et instructions
- Participer à l’amélioration des processus et procédés
- Formation complétée de machiniste, outilleur ou équivalent
- Expérience pertinente sur machines conventionnelles et CNC
- Disponibilité pour les quarts de soir ou de nuit
- Autonomie, débrouillardise et adaptation aux changements
- Cinq ans d’expérience souhaités dans un atelier d’outillage
