Position: Quality Manager with Continuous Improvement Focus
Elevate product standards as a Quality Manager reporting to the General Manager. Drive quality management and continuous improvement efforts while providing technical support to customers and suppliers.

In this pivotal role, you will support the implementation of quality processes and ensure compliance with customer specifications. Your expertise will be key in conducting internal audits and managing the non-conformance process, while you collaborate closely with production teams. You will also lead problem-solving workshops and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.

• Implement and monitor quality management systems

• Conduct internal audits of products and processes

• Manage non-conformance processes effectively

• Maintain training and calibration systems across production

Requirements:

• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written

• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software

• Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive approach

• Experience in quality management roles

• Open-minded mindset toward innovation and improvement
