Role OverviewAs a Field Service Representative
, you will provide on‑site technical expertise to ensure optimal performance of Solar Turbines equipment. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining mechanical systems while delivering exceptional customer service. You will work in dynamic environments, often traveling to customer sites in Europe.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions using test instruments, schematics, and manufacturer specifications.
- Perform repairs, replacements, and preventive maintenance on mechanical components.
- Frequent traveling to partner and customer facilities in Europe (mainly Hungary and Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Turkey).
- Conduct routine installations and adjustments following standard procedures.
- Utilize digital tools and systems for analysis and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Electrician or technician qualification.
- Skilled in electrical and control systems (including instrumentation and control), with the ability to perform some mechanical work.
- Strong technical skills and hands‑on experience in troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Good problem‑solving abilities and adaptability in field environments; capability to work safely and independently while maintaining professionalism and responsibility.
