HVAC Outside Sales Executive

Shaffer Beacon Mechanical, LLC is accepting applications for an HVAC Outside Salesperson to design, scope, estimate, sell and manage installation of HVAC solutions for our customers. The position is full time with base salary, commission, benefits and vehicle. The qualified candidate(s) must be able to work independently with little or no direct supervision and must have good customer communication skills. Must be comfortable with climbing ladders and performing roof‑top inspections.

• 5+ years of HVAC sales experience (both residential & commercial)
• Ability to evaluate existing conditions by visual inspection and site walkthrough
• Knowledge of current residential & light commercial HVAC solutions available
• Proven ability to develop practical solutions, applying knowledge and experience
• Ability to manage the sale end‑to‑end: design, scope, quote, and project manage
• Excellent customer communication (written & verbal) and follow up skills
• Ability to read and quote engineered drawings for large scale projects
• Strong sales closing and customer management and relationship skills
• A strong desire to be part of a team driven by excellence, happy customers and profit

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Must be a motivated self‑starter; ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English and perform basic mathematics. High School Diploma /GED and 5 years minimum experience required with at least 2 years for the same Company.
