Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Real Estate Lending Manager! for a direct hire opportunity
-Starting salary range: $148-164k annually but open if experience warrants it.
-Bachelor's degree is required
-Candidate needs to be dynamic with the required number of years in leadership/management but also has Originating experience. Must be sales driven with the ability to motivate the team and willingness to go on calls with struggling Mortgage Originators for coaching/assistance.
-Operating hours are 8-6 M-F and Saturdays 9-12:30
-A yearly corporate bonus between 0-10% of yearly salary
