Product Expert – Automotive

Full-time, standard business hours Monday to Friday
On in Grand Blanc, MI

Allied Vaughn is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Product Specialist to work on-site with our client in the Automotive Industry.

• Accurate identification of client products (make, model, year, trim levels & special details) from photographic negatives, prints and digital images.
• Provide archive clients and staff with product technical support information.
• Identification of useful research tools (books, catalogs, sales materials, etc.) for product identification.
• Utilize quality control to ensure proper descriptions and correct tagging.

• In-depth automotive experience, including product and Big Three Automotive history.
• Proficiency in basic file management and office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Acrobat).
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely professionalism tools such as email, real time chat, phone, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with consistency and care.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time and to maintain focus on projects such as computer screens or detailed paperworkli>
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

• Familiarity with archival handling and digitization best practices is a plus.
