The CFO is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, partnering closely with the President/CEO, COO, and other senior leaders.

Responsibilities include:

• Strategic financial leadership and operational oversight.
• Ensuring financial integrity, accurate forecasting, effective budgeting, and GAAP compliance.
• Managing accounting, finance, treasury, tax, bonding, insurance, and risk functions.
• Funding, banking, and bonding relationship management.
• Leading a high‑performing finance and accounting team. Collaborating across all business lines and driving process improvements.
• Supporting new market opportunities and the company’s growth strategy.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (required).
• CPA, CCIFP, or MBA strongly preferred.
• Experience in a self‑perform contractor environment preferred; general construction industry experience required.
• Deep understanding of project accounting, WIP reporting, construction‑industry cash projections, and other financial drivers.
• 15+ years of progressive financial leadership, including executive‑level responsibility.
