ResponsibilitiesThe CFO is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, partnering closely with the President/CEO, COO, and other senior leaders.
Responsibilities include:
- Strategic financial leadership and operational oversight.
- Ensuring financial integrity, accurate forecasting, effective budgeting, and GAAP compliance.
- Managing accounting, finance, treasury, tax, bonding, insurance, and risk functions.
- Funding, banking, and bonding relationship management.
- Leading a high‑performing finance and accounting team. Collaborating across all business lines and driving process improvements.
- Supporting new market opportunities and the company’s growth strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (required).
- CPA, CCIFP, or MBA strongly preferred.
- Experience in a self‑perform contractor environment preferred; general construction industry experience required.
- Deep understanding of project accounting, WIP reporting, construction‑industry cash projections, and other financial drivers.
- 15+ years of progressive financial leadership, including executive‑level responsibility.
