Shift: PT 24 hours per week, day shift 7am-7:30pm with weekend and holiday rotation

Responsibilities include:

• Performing all CT procedures independently, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images with proper positioning and radiation safety practices.
• Setting up and monitoring CT equipment, understanding protocols and procedures, and working directly with patients, physicians, and staff.
• Preparing patients, operating CT equipment, selecting appropriate protocols, positioning patients, and minimizing radiation exposure.
• Assisting with interventional procedures, performing venipuncture, administering contrast media, evaluating image quality, maintaining records, and providing patient education.
• Maintaining equipment, pursuing continuing education, and adhering to safety and confidentiality policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an Accredited Radiologic Technology Program with 4-6 weeks of CT training.
• 1+ year experience in Radiology, including 6-12 months with CT scanners.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA within 3 months of hire.
• ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology, with CT registration within 16 months of hire.
