Hospice Outside Sales Resource Coordinator

• Drive hospice referrals by building relationships with healthcare providers and community partners.
• Generate leads and close sales utilizing a strong network within the healthcare community.
• Daily interaction with patients, medical professionals, and referral sources to coordinate care and assure continuity.
• Provide education to senior living communities, health systems, and referral sources.
• Distribute proper forms and materials for company service lines and provide ongoing value‑add to accounts.

• Hospice or post‑acute sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proven interpersonal and coordination skills with effective communication.
• Knowledge of hospice and palliative care.

• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Active involvement in professional organizations and community activities.

• Minimum 3 weeks paid time off (PTO).

Office hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday‑Friday.

$80,000 – $110,000 USD.
