Opportunity for an independent contractor to work part‑time as a mobile phlebotomist.

Job Details

• Obtain vitals, draw blood, urine, EKG, and collect medical history.
• Travel to patient locations for appointments.
• Paid per appointment; not hourly or salaried.
• Bi‑weekly pay.
• Some travel expenses covered depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Travel to specified locations to obtain required samples.
• Disinfect extraction sites using alcohol swabs.
• Gather mandatory information and verify patient identities.
• Obtain vitals, blood, urine, EKGs, and medical history.
• Label all samples accurately.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including any medical issues that may affect test accuracy.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experienced phlebotomist.
• Valid driver's license.
• Valid auto insurance.
• Excellent customer service & communication skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA/PHI laws.
• Detail‑oriented and organized.
• Professional, responsible, self‑starter with excellent attention to detail and penmanship.
• Reliable transportation.
• Computer proficient, internet access, printer/scanner to print, scan, and upload documents.
