LES believes Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDN) are one of the most qualified health professionals to counsel employees on their biometric screening results and help them gain a clearer understanding of their health risks and what they can do about them.
SummaryHealth educators will be responsible for reviewing participants’ biometric screening results (total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides, glucose, blood pressure, and body composition), as well as providing general information about health and nutrition during an optional 5 to 10 minute one Johannesburg.
Duties / Responsibilities- Review and explain participants’ screening results (height, weight, BMI, body fat percentage, waist measurement, blood pressure, total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides, and glucose).
- Proficiency in providing brief interventions aimed to help participants to understand what actionable behaviors can influence their health in an appropriate way.
- Provide appropriate health recommendations to participants as needed.
- Keep records of interactions with screening participants as directed by Labcorp Program Manager.
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with представлен experience in health psychology and motivational interviewing.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic tablet and computer skills.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be willing and able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must be at least 18/view> years old.
$45 – $50 per hour. All job offers based on candidate’s skills, prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, internal equity, and market data.
BenefitsEmployees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), PTO/FTO, Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan). Casual, PRN & Part‑time employees who schedule less than 20 hours are eligible for 401(k) plan only.
