Clinical Nurse Manager

Absolute Home Health and Hospice is seeking a full-time Home Health Care Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team! This position is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate! • Reviews and evaluates each case by reviewing the services provided by clinicians, conferences, record review, discusses and verifies impressions, instructs and guides clinicians to promote more effective performance and delivery of quality home care services, and is available at all times during operating hours to assist clinicians as appropriate.
• Reviews patient’s clinical diagnosis, medications, procedures and clinical course.
• Assists Clinical Director in the planning, implementation and evaluation of in-service and continuing education programs.
• Assists in formulation, revision, implementation and evaluation of policies and procedures, as well as strategic goals and objectives.
• Reviewing OASIS and chart reviews for quality, compliance, and accuracy.
• Conducting review of face-to-face documentation for compliance and consistency.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

• Current RN License with the State of Michigan in good standing, required.
• HCS-D coding and ICD 10 preferred.
• Current experience in Home Health preferred.
• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields.
• Familiarity with patient charting/documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
