Job DescriptionAnimal Dermatology Group (ADG) is the largest veterinary dermatology business in the U.S., providing the highest quality of specialty care to pets with acute and chronic skin conditions. ADG has over 40 locations nationwide and supports 80 doctors. They lead in clinical practice, research, and education, while also participating in drug/product development and clinical trials. ADG offers the largest dermatology residency program approved by the American College of Veterinary Dermatology.

- Preparing and restraining animals during procedures

- Use of stethoscope and otoscope
- Advising pet owners on proper care
- Demonstrate excellent relations with clients/pets in waiting area and exam rooms
- Exceed client expectations of service
- Provide compassionate nursing care as top priority
- Housekeeping and maintenance
- Perform cursory examination of animals
- Recognize potential patient issues
- Clearly communicate findings to a doctor
- Record keeping
- Fill prescriptions and dispense medications as prescribed
Physical Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dependable attendance required
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- Willingness to work long or irregular hours under pressure
- Ability to walk, bend, stand, squat, and reach constantly during an 8‑hour day
- No weekends
- Paid vacation (full‑time employees only)
