Orange theory Fitness is entering an exciting new chapter under new ownership, and we’re looking for outgoing, motivated Fitness Ambassadors to help elevate the member experience and grow our studio community.

The Fitness Ambassador plays a vital role in the daily operations of the studio, serving as the first point of contact for members and guests. This role blends exceptional customer service
, membership sales
, and community building in a high-energy, team-oriented environment.

You’ll help introduce new members to Orange theory, support existing members, and contribute to a welcoming, organized, and results-driven studio atmosphere.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests, creating a friendly and inclusive environment
• Drive membership sales, renewals, and retail transactions while meeting and exceeding performance goals
• Conduct studio tours and confidently explain Orange theory’s workout and membership options
• Maintain accurate records using sales and CRM systems
• Follow up with prospective and current members via phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions
• Keep the front desk and studio clean, organized, and welcoming
• Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and community events
• Partner with coaches and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations and a strong member experience

• Passion for fitness and helping others succeed
• Strong customer-service mindset with a positive, welcoming attitude
• Sales-driven and comfortable working toward goals and incentives
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative, dependable, and team-oriented
• Basic computer skills; CRM or sales software experience is a plus
• Previous experience in fitness, retail, hospitality, or sales preferred (but not required)
