This Department Manager oversees a specific store department and supports Atlantic Superstore’s commitment to Canadian communities. The position requires retail management experience, customer service knowledge, merchandising skills, and inventory management. You will develop colleagues, coordinate replenishment, and communicate with store management to support store-wide goals.

• Oversee day-to-day operations within an assigned store department
• Meet or exceed departmental sales and profitability goals
• Train colleagues in customer service, product knowledge, and merchandising
• Monitor inventory and coordinate timely replenishment
• Lead diverse teams while maintaining operational standards

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
• Previous retail management experience, preferably departmental or specialty retail
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
