Key Responsibilities:
• Guide team training and performance management
• Oversee staff scheduling and shifts
• Develop and maintain Individual Support Plans
• Communicate effectively with families and guardians
• Ensure accurate program documentation
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required;
Bachelor’s preferred
• Knowledge and experience with disability services
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory record
