Kapco Metal Stamping, the leading Midwest manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality assurance. This role includes working across departments to improve product quality and resolve customer quality issues effectively. You will be instrumental in training team members on quality standards and implementing testing and inspection procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary customer contact for quality concerns
• Develop and maintain quality assurance processes
• Lead problem-solving initiatives and corrective action plans
• Drive process improvements and control plans
• Support new product launches and quality validations
Requirements:
• 5 years of quality engineering experience
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• Familiarity with quality tools and problem-solving methodologies
• ASQ CQE or CQA certification preferred
• Willingness to travel domestically/internationally
