Production Team Members play a vital role in supporting the production and delivery of high quality parts in a Just-in-time environment. • Starting wages of $21.63/hr
• Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
• Company Performance Bonuses
• Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)

• Company Paid time off:
  Up to 10 Days + 5 Float Days to start, 15 Days + 5 Float Days (1 st full year)

• Uniforms are Provided + Yearly Allowance + Yearly Safety Boot Allowance

• Building skids, utilising kanban and scanning systems
• Loading returnables and Sorting returnables
• All of the above duties must be performed within Health and Safety guidelines

• Other duties as assigned

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred –or— successful completion of an aptitude test

Straight Shift Timing on Day Shift (7:00 AM-3:30 PM) but may be required to change shifts in order to accommodate production requirements.
