Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage nursing care for patients and families

• Implement care based on theoretical and research knowledge

• Participate in interdisciplinary team planning and rounds

• Ensure compliance with patient safety protocols

Requirements:

• Valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Diploma in Practical Nursing

• Recent clinical experience is preferred

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Commitment to ongoing professional development
