Position: Mold Operator Role
Join Enflo as a Mold Operator in Grand Falls, NB, where you will oversee the production of high-quality molded sheets. This role emphasizes safety and precision on the manufacturing floor.

As a Molded Sheet Operator with Enflo, you will be essential in monitoring the production process to ensure it adheres to the company's specified standards. Your daily tasks will encompass setup of presses and molds, conducting inspections, and documenting production data in Epicore. Collaboration and communication within the team will be key for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and execute work order specifications

• Set up presses and ensure molds are clean

• Monitor and adjust production parameters

• Conduct inspections for product quality

• Collect and log data during production

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in machine operation

• Must be able to lift 60 lbs (30 Kg)

• Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous

• High integrity and dependability

• Willingness to learn and cross-train
