Atlantic Towing Limited is hiring a Captain to lead their Harbour and Coastal Fleet operations.

Your role will include implementing safety management systems and maintaining compliant vessel operations while motivating the crew. You will oversee navigation, manage maintenance programs, and coordinate emergency simulations to ensure preparedness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement management policies for safety on board

• Oversee daily navigation and operational conduct

• Execute maintenance programs for vessel equipment

• Keep accurate certification documentation

• Conduct emergency drills and maintain crew readiness

Requirements:

• Valid Master 500 GT, Near Coastal certification

• Certificate of Competency compliant with regulations

• GMDSS - ROC certification required

• Valid Transport Canada Marine Medical

• Training in Marine Basic or Advanced First Aid
