Develop and deliver operational budget for manufacturing site.
Oversee daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people improvements through Lean Manufacturing.
Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures.
Optimize operational processes for improved efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Ensure optimal use of company assets and resources.

Strategic Planning

Work with senior management to develop and implement business strategies.
Identify and implement initiatives to improve operational performance.
Participate in long-term planning and goal setting.
Perform capacity analysis and capital planning.
Lead and manage various departments, including logistics, quality, engineering, manufacturing, and customer service.
