Located in Grand Forks, ND Health System is an integrated healthcare system of more than 200 physicians representing 44 specialties located in 10 communities serving a population of 225,000 in northeastern North Dakota and northwestern Minnesota. Practice in Grand Forks, ND, a community of 65,000 located on the North Dakota/Minnesota border.
The Practice:
The ability to practice full scope ophthalmology including medical retina
Surgical case volume 500+ annually
Sole medical retina practice in 70 mile radius and quickly expanding
Integrated optometry/ophthalmology practice
Professional guidance
Abundant foot traffic and an existing patient base Latest technology and instrumentation with Argos biometer and DMM for premium lens options as well as LFT capability on the YAG laser. All other standard equipment upgraded in 2020

Requirements:
BC/BE in Ophthalmology Ability to be Licensed in ND; MN may be required in the future Guarantee:
Greater of $475,000 or work RVUSign On Bonus: $50,000 (3 year commitment)
Relocation: up to $10,000
The University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences located in Grand Forks. Offers opportunities to teach medical students and residents on rotation with additional teaching exposure opportunities on campus. Altru has a Family Medicine Residency program and UND has a Surgical Residency program.
