• 4 Year Degree - preferably in Accounting or Finance
• Experience in forecasting, modeling, and in-depth reporting
• Detail-focused and self-motivated, capable of prioritizing and executing projects independently.
• Effectively leads teams on projects, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes.
• Ability to identify and analyze financial opportunities to reduce costs or enhance revenue streams
• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams
• Prepare presentations, reports, and summaries for leadership
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for strategic initiatives
• Demonstrates confidence and professionalism when sourcing data, ensuring accuracy and usability for stakeholders.
• Customer-focused and enthusiastic about assisting and supporting others effectively.
• Expert in a variety of software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suite, and other internal systems
• Familiarity with Quick Books

• Prior FP&A experience or business analysis experience
• Track record of career progression

This position is located in Grand Forks, ND, Corporate Center.

• Financial Forecasting, Modeling, and Reporting
  :
  You must develop and maintain financial models to forecast future financial performance and assess the impact of different business scenarios.
• Proactive Cost Saving and Revenue Generation Analysis
  :
  The Financial Analyst must continuously identify and evaluate opportunities to reduce costs and enhance revenue streams.
• Communication of Profitability Initiatives
  :
  The Financial Analyst will act as a liaison to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
• Monitor Key Departmental Metrics and Objectives
  :
  The Financial Analyst will track and analyze key performance indicators for the Finance Department, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
