All Embracing Home Care in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Care Manager to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized care and support to our clients in the Grand Forks area.

• Assist clients with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility support).
• Provide homemaking services such as light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Support clients with errands, shopping, and transportation to appointments or community activities.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Monitor client’s condition and promptly report changes to program coordinator.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
• Follow individualized care plans and agency policies.
• Ensure client safety, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.

• Prior experience in caregiving or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check
