As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the go-to-expert ensuring our team stays connected. If you thrive on problem-solving, innovation, and teamwork, come join our team!

Core Duties

  • Provide day-to-day IT support and technical assistance to CE staff.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment and systems.
  • Train employees in IT policies, tools & security best practices.
  • Enhance efficiency by recommending tech solutions.
  • Ensure seamless operations through proactive troubleshooting and support.

Specific Tasks

  • Set up and support computers, phones, and tablets for users.
  • Assemble and configure new hardware and software installations.
  • Implement upgrades and updates to keep systems optimized.
  • Install and maintain IT equipment in jobsite trailers.
  • Manager phone, voicemail, VPN, and web-based applications.
  • Maintain IT tracking database, support guides, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the IT manager to review ongoing projects.

Qualifications

  • Degree in IT or related field (Associate or bachelor’s preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support is a plus.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • General IT security knowledge and familiarity with MS Windows, Office Suite, hardware, and networking basics.
  • Capable of lifting and setting up IT equipment as needed.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
