The Production Assembler plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process, contributing to the manufacture of high-quality products. The assembler executes assembly tasks according to work instructions, requiring precision, attention to detail, and adherence to quality standards. The role aims to achieve production goals, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and leverage Lean manufacturing tools to enhance efficiency.

• Follow established work instructions to assemble products and/or different parts of products.
• Achieve established goals or deadlines for specific work areas.
• Complete all required paperwork and/or data entry.
• Work at different workstations as production needs require.
• Report to work on time and follow attendance guidelines; attendance and dependability are essential.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday–Thursday)
• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Monday–Thursday)

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 months of related experience and/or training preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, work instructions, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to read and interpret tape measurements accurately.

• Ability to operate machines and perform skilled tasks at or within arm's reach.

• Indoor and outdoor conditions typical of a production environment; exposure to heat, noise, vibration, and hazards.
