Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Material Handlers for a manufacturing company in Grand Forks, North Dakota. In this role, you'll help keep production running smoothly by moving materials to designated areas, staging parts for production, and ensuring inventory is organized and accurate. If you enjoy hands‑on work, staying active throughout your shift, and working as part of a team, this job could be a great fit.

• Transport materials and parts to designated production and storage areas
• Stage parts and deliver kanban containers to production departments
• Load and unload freight shipments
• Verify packing slips, quantities received, and backordered items
• Inspect incoming products for damage and document issues as needed
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations
• Assist with inventory counts and year‑end inventory procedures

• High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Basic computer skills, including Windows, email, and internet use
• Strong communication, reading, math, and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds from floor to waist and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to push and/or pull up to 100 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders or stairs throughout the shift
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling experience is helpful but not required
