Altru Health System in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a Nursing Assistant to work under a licensed nurse providing direct patient care during admissions, discharges, and routine duties.
You will assist with basic cares, transporting and transfers, observe patient conditions, take vital signs, and promptly report changes to the nurse. The role requires certification as Nurse Aide in North Dakota within 4 months, and BLS within 90 days;
English proficiency is required.
