Nurse Supervisor

• Developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Acting as a liaison between administration, management, and staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Supervising nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or units.
• Managing staff performance through feedback, evaluations, and discipline.
• Providing direct patient care when necessary and fostering meaningful patient relationships to support recovery.
• Celebrating patient progress and outcomes.

• Current RN license as per state regulations.
• BLS certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications obtainable within specified time frames.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years recent inpatient hospital experience.
• Previous leadership experience such as charge nurse or lead role responsible for staff and patient outcomes.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff effectively.
• Empathy and dedication to patient-centered care.
• Knowledge of healthcare procedures and compliance standards.
