Altru Health System in Grand Forks, ND, is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support direct patient care under licensed nurse supervision. The role includes admission and discharge processes, basic cares, transporting patients, and reporting changes in patient condition.
Qualifications include Nurse Aide certification (North Dakota Board of Health) within 4 months of start and BLS within 90 days. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with full-time schedule.
