As a Team Member, you will prepare food and serve guests, helping to maintain high‑quality products by following our quality and safety standards.

• Prepares food according to specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
• Restocks front line with prepared product during peak volumes and/or in accordance with time & temperature.
• Adheres to food safety standards and reports any questionable food deliveries and/or practices.
• Has fun and maintains a positive attitude at all times.
• Strives to exceed guest expectations.
• Is a willing team player and maintains a cooperative, respectful working relationship with management and fellow team members.
• Acts as an ambassador for QDOBA.
• Monitors the quality of products and takes appropriate actions to maintain that quality.
• Ensures personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism at all times.
• Recognizes and adheres to sanitation, safety, security policies and procedures to provide a safe environment for all.
• Performs other tasks as directed by management.
• Enthusiastically greets all guests when they enter the restaurant.
• Serves the guest, following recipe and preparation guidelines.
• Cleans, organizes, and restocks all stations.
