Position OverviewAs the Market Sales Manager (MSM), you will play a key role in driving our growth by increasing vehicle sales volumes through our auction platform and boosting dealer rooftop penetration across the designated Market area. This high-impact, individual contributor role covers the full sales cycle—from prospecting and onboarding new dealers to negotiating deals that maximize the number of dealer vehicles transacted through our auction.

- Identify and acquire new dealers across the region to expand our network while maintaining existing accounts
- Negotiate and close deals to maximize the volume of vehicles sold through Remarket Space Auctions.
- Meet and exceed sales target
- Develop strong, lasting relationships with dealers through regular in-person and phone-based interactions.
- Act as a trusted partner and market subject matter expert, ensuring dealers remain engaged and motivated to maximize our platform.
- Utilize Hub Spot to track leads, manage dealer relationships, and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Provide accurate, timely reporting on sales activities, progress, and performance metrics.
- Leverage your automotive industry knowledge to understand dealer needs and position Remarket Space as their go-to solution.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor offerings to continuously refine your sales approach.
- Industry Background: Minimum of 5 years in the automotive industry (dealerships, auctions, or related fields), with a strong preference for auto auction experience.
- Sales Success: Proven track record in B2B sales, with experience in acquiring new clients and driving sales growth.
- CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience using CRM tools; proficiency with Hub Spot is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-Starter: A results-oriented individual who is comfortable working independently in a dynamic startup environment.
- Industry Insight: Deep understanding of automotive sales and dealer operations.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across the region (up to 75% of the time) with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
