- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of sales experience, or a high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
- Experience in the healthcare/scientific field, preferably in oncology, pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical devices
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required (10-15% overnight travel)
- Must reside in or near the district assigned
- Strong performance history in sales or clinical roles
- 2+ years of experience in oncology field-based sales
- Documented success in sales/marketing or clinical oncology roles
- Familiarity with the workings of extended care teams and oncology treatment options
