What you'll do:
General property maintenance and repair work across our managed properties - the more handyman experience you have, the better, but you don't need a ton of knowledge to apply.
What you need:- Basic hand tools
- General mechanical/repair knowledge
- A valid driver's license and vehicle
Full-time or part-time available, flexible scheduling within Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. Occasional weekend work possible.
Pay:Starting at $20/hour, depending on experience.
Please note:We currently have a heavy workload (often 40+ hours/week available), but work volume can slow down seasonally - layoffs are possible, particularly heading into winter. We want to be upfront about that so you can plan accordingly.
