Route Delivery Representative (No nights or weekends, No CDL required)

This position is responsible for delivering automotive parts along a predetermined route in the Grand Forks area, while providing the highest levels of customer service. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 to 10‑hour days, starting at around 5:00 am.

• Loading and unloading automotive parts and safely operating a parts delivery vehicle.
• Delivering automotive parts to customers on a schedule and in a timely manner.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
• Calling on and establishing new customer accounts.
• Detail‑oriented handling of all paperwork.
• Communicating with customers, our warehouse team, and other team members to ensure accurate and efficient deliveries.
• Safe driving throughout each workday, ensuring all traffic laws are obeyed and no accidents occur.
• Working independently without direct supervision, remaining productive and on task throughout each working day.
• Maintaining a neat and professional appearance that represents the company well.
• Lifting up to 100 pounds and being active throughout the workday (including standing, sitting, carrying, lifting, twisting, kneeling, squatting, and other work‑related movements).

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• DOT Health Card or ability to obtain one.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Physical fitness to lift up to 100 lbs.

This position is paid on a commission/incentive‑based pay plan. The compensation includes an annual base salary of $42,000 plus additional incentives for key metrics of guest service, miles driven, and pieces delivered. There is no cap on incentive amounts.
