Position Overview:
Provide support to the following functions:
Financial, Administrative, Human Resource, Transaction Coordinator and Business Development.
Responsibilities:
Create template contracts for real estate purchases and manage transactional paperwork from cradle to grave
Set up utilities for acquired properties
Work with book keeper to pay utilities and vendors
Manage office records both hard copies and digital
Assigned tasks as needed by owner
Participate in on-going production and sales meetings.
Pay will be commensurate with experience
Qualifications/
Certifications:
High school diploma or GED
College degree a plus
Experienced with social media and digital marketing
Organized and detailed oriented
Knowledge of Microsoft office packages
Proficiency in Quick Books (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
5 years of Office Assistant experience (preferred)
