*** Physician will manage their own patient panel providing primary care services including diagnosis, treatment and preventative care to all age groups
* Office offers on-site lab
* Practice currently has 4 physicians and 3 APPs
* 34 hours of direct patient care and 6 hours of dedicated administrative time, spread across 4 to 4.5 days per week in the office. Leaders are willing to offer flexibility to create a balanced schedule for everyone
