• Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to optimize operational efficiency.

• 5+ years of experience managing and leading engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a closely related technical field.
• Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing processes, equipment, and automation.
• Proven track record of successful project management, from conception to implementation, within a production setting.
• Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and their application in manufacturing.

• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification
• Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI in manufacturing, advanced robotics)
• Demonstrated experience managing departmental budgets and capital expenditure projects
• Proficiency with advanced CAD/CAM software or simulation tools
• Experience working with global manufacturing sites or supply chains
