Day Shift

Responsible for performing various food‑service duties and customer service within the Nutrition Services Department, working closely with clinical dietitians, nursing units, patients, and guests.

• Process room‑service orders.
• Interact with patients and family members by taking orders via phone and entering menu selections into the computer.
• Gather, wash, and put away dry dishes.
• Promote positive customer‑service relations between Nutrition Services and nursing units, patients, families, and other staff.
• Maintain knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Prefer some guest‑service background.
• High school diploma or GED required.
