ESTATE PLANNING PARALEGAL

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estate Planning Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience supporting attorneys in estate planning, probate, and trust administration. This role requires a deep understanding of estate planning documents, excellent client service skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
  • Assist with trust funding and asset alignment
  • Support attorneys in probate and trust administration, including court filings
  • Communicate with clients, financial institutions, and government agencies
  • Maintain and organize client files and document management systems
  • Conduct legal research related to estate planning and probate matters
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely filings and document execution
