Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
- Oversee the timely repair and troubleshooting of all manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Manage the maintenance budget, controlling costs related to parts, labor, and external services.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards within maintenance operations.
- Optimize spare parts inventory management to minimize downtime and control costs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in maintenance leadership within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and optimizing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Strong technical proficiency with manufacturing equipment, automation, and control systems (e.g., PLCs, robotics).
- Proven ability to manage maintenance budgets, control costs, and effectively utilize CMMS.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- Experience with advanced CMMS implementation, optimization, or data analytics.
- Certification or practical experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proven experience in managing capital projects related to equipment installation or facility upgrades.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation, PLCs, and SCADA systems.
- Expertise in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques.
