Salary Range: $88,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
• Oversee the timely repair and troubleshooting of all manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Manage the maintenance budget, controlling costs related to parts, labor, and external services.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards within maintenance operations.
• Optimize spare parts inventory management to minimize downtime and control costs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in maintenance leadership within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and optimizing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Strong technical proficiency with manufacturing equipment, automation, and control systems (e.g., PLCs, robotics).
• Proven ability to manage maintenance budgets, control costs, and effectively utilize CMMS.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills.

• Experience with advanced CMMS implementation, optimization, or data analytics.
• Certification or practical experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven experience in managing capital projects related to equipment installation or facility upgrades.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation, PLCs, and SCADA systems.
• Expertise in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques.
