- Oversee the daily operations of the apartment community
- Handle resident concerns and rent collection
- Market the community and promote occupancy
- Lead and supervise site staff
Requirements
- Property management experience
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Budgeting experience
- Customer service mindset
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to obtain a Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)
