Salary Range: $138,000 - $189,000 depending on experience

• Oversee all daily plant operations, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely.
• Develop and manage the plant budget, controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation.
• Implement and enforce robust safety, quality, and environmental compliance programs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives, including Lean manufacturing and process optimization.
• Ensure equipment reliability and facility maintenance through effective planning and execution.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., supply chain, sales, R&D) to align plant activities with overall business goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing plant budgets and P&L.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and lead high-performing teams and drive cultural change.
• In-depth knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental compliance regulations.

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proven track record in successful capital project management
• Background in supply chain optimization or logistics
• Experience managing unionized work forces
