Salary Range: $65,000 - $92,000 depending on experience

• Demonstrated knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards (e.g., ISO, GMP).
• Ability to analyze production data, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen) or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with specific manufacturing execution systems (MES) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring or coaching production staff for skill development.
• Experience working in a unionized manufacturing environment.
