What You’ll Do- Provide resident care according to individualized care plans
- Assist with daily activities, personal care, mobility, and safety
- Follow infection control procedures and maintain a safe, clean environment
- Record vitals and comply with documentation policies
- Report any concerns or violations of residents’ rights immediately
- Completed CNA/STNA course and active state certification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Service-minded attitude with a willingness to learn
- Positive, dependable, and team-focused mindset
